July 7-12 at Forest Home's Lakewood

Registration: Through June 1 (or when spots fill up)

For students going into 9th-12th grade. Cost: $485 per student.
Registration packets are available at the Information Center on
Sundays and in the Church Office M-TH, 8:30-4. 

Needed to register:
Current VMC Medical Release Form (in the resources below)
Forest Home Medical Consent Form (in the resources below)
$100 deposit
First come, first served

Final payment and all forms are due June 1.

Cancellation Policy: After June 1, camper/guardian are responsible for the total cost of camp, even if camper is unable to attend.
